The 2007 ITtoolbox Survey: Measuring CRM Business Impact, was conducted from February 28 to March 18, 2007. IT and business professionals worldwide participated in this online survey. Participants were recruited directly from the ITtoolbox community. CRM solutions have the potential to improve your sales and marketing efforts. Examples include improved lead tracking and better forecasting to reduced customer service costs and response times. In this survey, the ITtoolbox community shares their perspective on the impact CRM solutions have had on their organization's . This survey included specific questions such as: Has implementing a CRM solution improved your organization's overall business performance?
